- Compressor Speed: The primary difference that makes the inverter AC different from a non-inverter AC is the functioning of the compressor. An inverter AC works on variable speed compressor whereas a 5-star rated non-inverter AC have single speed compressor. It changes its speed as per the heat load and number of people.
- The need of Stabilizer: A stabilizer is installed with the AC to maintain an optimum voltage range during the power fluctuations. Usually, it ranges from 160 to 245V. The components of the inverter AC are designed to work during this fluctuation range. Hence, an inverter AC doesn’t require a stabilizer.
